Hyland Software buys firm that’s strong in business of healthcare
Hyland Software Inc. in Westlake, Ohio, has acquired for undisclosed terms a privately owned provider of healthcare software and document conversion services, extending Hyland's reach into clinical and business healthcare markets. Computer Systems Company Inc., better known as CSC Group, helps customers eliminate business process bottlenecks, increase productivity and lower operational costs -- all important tasks as reform efforts seek to squeeze costs and inefficiencies out of the U.S. healthcare system.
